Metrics
Can I subscribe to metrics without logs or APM?
Yes. Metrics management based on hosted Prometheus and Grafana can be used as a standalone stack alongside your existing tools.
How long are metrics retained?
Paid metrics plans include 18 months of retention by default. Custom retention is available on request for enterprise deployments.
How do I calculate metrics per minute?
Start a trial and review usage in Stack settings under Usage Statistics, or use the calculator above to estimate based on your hosts and scrape interval.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
All accounts include peak overage protection. You may exceed your plan level by up to 100% on any three days in a rolling 30-day period without data loss.
If you consistently exceed your plan, we will ask you to resize your stack or move to the next plan tier. There are no metered per-GB overage charges — predictable plan pricing is always the path forward.
Are there any limits during my free trial?
Trial limits include:
Daily log volume of 25GB per day.
Daily metrics per minute of 150,000.
Daily spans of 1,000,000.

What billing options do you support?
Logit.io accepts all major debit and credit cards. Annual subscribers can also pay by bank transfer or invoice.
Monthly billing is 1.2 × the annual plan price. Annual billing saves 20% compared to paying monthly.
