How do I calculate my metrics per minute?
As estimating metrics per minute can be difficult, we know that one of the best ways to estimate your daily ingestion is to start a trial and see how many metrics you generate to gauge an accurate estimate of your needs.
Where can I find how many metrics I've sent?
In the Logit.io dashboard, you can find your usage as a detailed breakdown via the dashboard by visiting Stack settings and then selecting Usage Statistics from the left-hand menu.
How long are metrics retained for?
By default, Logit.io retains metrics belonging to an active metric's subscription for 18 months. Custom retentions are available on request.
How do I send custom metrics to Logit.io?

Can I subscribe to metrics management without using log management or APM?
Absolutely. Whilst we recommend ideally having all your APM, metrics, and log data in a single platform, you are also free to subscribe to Logit.io's metrics management service as a standalone solution. The platform allows for side-by-side stacks, giving you the flexibility to handle only metrics, only logs or only traces.
