These data processing terms (the Terms) set out how we, Logit.io Limited (Logit.io, we or us) process Your Personal Data which you (the Customer or you) supply to us in connection with your use of The Logit.io Platform (the Software). The Terms also set out your obligations to us in respect of Your Data which you provide to us. These Terms apply for the duration of the contract between us and you (the Contract) in respect of your use of the Software.

We do not guarantee that our Site (or any content on it), will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

In an effort to be as transparent as possible to our users, we have created a Subprocessor list that includes any third-parties who may have access to your data by utilising Logit.io Limited products and services. The type of data that the Subprocessor has access to is limited to only what is reasonably necessary to perform the services provided.
