We are pleased to announce that we’ve recently attained Cyber Essentials certification with the NCSC in addition to our existing compliance with PCI DSS, SOC 2 & ISO 27001.
The NCSC (National Cyber Security Centre) is the UK authority for monitoring cybersecurity incidents, conducting threat assessments and acts as an overarching technical authority for mitigating cyber threats.
Cyber Essentials is the NCSC’s government-backed scheme that enables companies to protect themselves against the most common causes of cyber-attacks by offering a clear statement of controls that all organisations should implement to mitigate risk.
In order to achieve certification with the NCSC, Logit.io underwent a rigorous technical review of the entire company’s security processes, workstations, platform and people. By successfully passing independent assessment for this certification, Logit.io have shown and continue to show adherence to robust cybersecurity principles and capabilities across the entire platform.
Every organisation that has passed core Cyber Essentials certification has had to demonstrate that they are in a position to effectively prevent an estimated 80% of cyber attacks.
